The primary objective of the Guest and Safety team is ensuring smooth flow during the event. In collaboration with the Logistics team the main goal is to create a safe environment for all the guests attending the event and volunteers helping to make the night happen. The G&S team is responsible for the crew experience through the year leading up to the event and the guest experience on the big night. The bottom-line for the G&S team is efficiency and safety, the culmination of a year’s worth of effort in a wonderful event experience for all parties involved.
