Over 350 students build SNNC each year, recruited in five rounds across ten teams. No prior experience required — only commitment, curiosity, and the desire to be part of something extraordinary.
What we look for
People who finish things
Recruitment runs in five rounds: the Generals, then the Committee, then the Project Group of around 45, then roughly 100 Room and Process Managers, and finally some 200 Nighties for the build and the night itself. You will be given real responsibility early, and the deadline does not move.
Room and Process Managers are recruited across August and September; Nighties in November. Dates are announced on Instagram.
The 10 Teams
The Committee
The operational leadership of SNNC 2026, two Generals and the Heads of each functional area, steering the project from first sketch to final encore.
Communication
Social media, website, graphic design, merchandise, and the photo and video documentation of the project.
Corporate Relations
Sponsor acquisition and partner management across product and financial sponsorship for the entire project.
Decor & Construction
Venue design, build and transformation, bringing the secret theme to life on the night.
Entertainment
Live programming, costumes, and hair & makeup for everyone working the Big Night.
Food & Beverage
Menu, drinks, glassware and service flow for 1,300+ guests across every room of the venue.
Guest & Safety
Ticketing, guest list, VIP experience, and the safety and security operation for the night.
Human Resources
Recruitment, internal events, crew wellbeing and the operational culture that holds the project together.
Logistics
Cross-team coordination, site flow, inventory and transport, the connective tissue of the production.
Sound, Light & Magic
Sound, lighting, projections, lasers and stage management, the sensory architecture of the Big Night.
