The role of the generals is to facilitate the work for all teams, have an overview of all things and make sure that everything runs according to plan. We’re also responsible for maintaining the relationships of all of the stakeholders of SNNC as well as the whole budgeting work. For us, there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the people of SNNC grow together with the project.
